Talk to General Physician on Dryness In Nose As Well As In Throat

I drink almost 8+ glass of water daily no fever no stomach problem but at night time and even daytime I feel that there is dryness in inner part of my nose as well in my throat considering the fact that overall my health is good Alhamdolila any solution please Note: I am using "Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose" Eye drops for dryness of my eyes and I am taking Jaggery powder(Shakkar) in Chai instead of Sugar
