From Yesterday he is not feeling well, having Breathing problem and Sore Throat (Kharash). Actually he is allergic to Dust as we are having some sort of renovation work at home. So please let me know what medicine is best to treat him. P.S he is a BP patient as well.

Inhaler should be the later treatment as it may have side effects like dependency. Just give anti allergic, as you said there's renovation work going on at home. Please also look for his temperature as well, for safe side.
