Asking for Self, Female, 23 years old, Lahore

I am facing difficulty to relax my muscles to pass stool even if its soft or loose. Im taking care of my diet, proper fiber intake,,but the problem is with my pelvic muscles that dont relax to push the stool out. I have to hold my breath hard. This problem arised after i had a few days of conspitation due to which o had to strain hard, after that gradually i started to lose sensation of stool in rectum and dysfunctional muscles of anal probably. Causing stress, dont know whom to consult, a gastroentrologost or a pelvic floor physical therapist?? What to do in this help
