I recently got three ear piercings in each ear and would love to hear your recommendations for proper aftercare. What steps should I take to ensure the piercings heal quickly and without any bruising or infection? Any tips or precautions from a medical perspective would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Keep it clean and dry... you can use spirit for cleaning it... and can apply Polyfax Skin Ointment, it protects from infection but can delay healing

rotate ear piercings daily
use spirit swab for cleaning daily
Clean piercings with saline twice daily, avoid touching or pressure. Sleep on your back and avoid tight headphones. Watch for infection signs like redness or swelling.

Just apply polyfax skin ointment. Keep them dry and clean. Avoid any external bodies that can be a source of infection. Rotate the studs or earrings daily for a couple of days. If you feel any liquid/pus oozing out consult a nearby physician or get an online consultation. No need for any pain killers

Clean the piercings with saline water daily and avoid excessive touching of the area as it can increase risk of infection. The healing time is about 2 months.
