Talk to General Physician on Eczema- Medicine-pregnancy

3 months back i got eczema on my feet the last two fingers, they were tiny pimples and very itchy, a dr in this group told me it was pompholyx and suggested clobevate for it, it instantly worked and got better in 4,5 days. Now again I've got the same thing but this time even my skin he peeled off and now I'm 7 weeks pregnant so i wanted to ask if clobevate is safe to use in this condition if not then pls suggest some other as I'm on bed rest and can't go to any dermatologist atm and this is very painful for me to bear.
