A week ago, it was raining, and there was some sudden change in voltage, and I was working on my laptop plus my phone was on charge. I can feel electrical elements all over my body since then. How do I get rid of it? It keeps traveling all over my internal body, I'm very concerned now since it's over a week and it won't go away.

need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up
as you mentioned a week ago so now it has no connection with electricity now your symptoms could be because of psychological pressure or maybe you've some other health condition which is causing a low level of calcium in your blood so it need to roll-out by General Physician after a complete history and then he will decide either refer or go for some investigation
