epidydmal cyst ki agr pain nai hy toh isko kch krny ki zrorat nai hy.. isi tarh chor dein bcz ye dangerous nahi hoti..
surgery krny sy infertility k chances barh jaty hn bcz this surgery can damage epidydmis
