my esr is 26 , my weight is increasing day by day and fat on face shoulders thighs belly etc , just like my body is swelling with every passing time , kindly tell me what can i do ? My other lab tests are normal ( hbA1C, tsh t3 , t4 , lipid profile, lft, rft )

high ESR has many reason from simple anemia to serious conditions including TB and abscess and pyelonephritis... so need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up
