Talk to General Physician on Excessive Forehead Sweating

I'm Irfan Rao,I live in Dubai and work as Business development manager, I'm reaching out to state that I'm worried about my forehead Sweating whenever I'm in meeting or intront of boss I sweat alot even though at low temperature ,It's really embarrassing at professional work and causes Anxiety, Usually I sweat alot while meeting with new people. Sweat Appears and Drops like rain, even With Air Conditioner is on as low as 14° temperature. I have this problem appear only at forehead, No Arms And hands or at forearms, only on forehead and back neck head as well anyone can help me with this ?? I'll be highly grateful, waiting for hearing from you soon guys
