Talk to General Physician on Excessive Mucus In Lungs When I Wake Up

So 2 weeks a go, inhaled something in a dusty wind i think, but sfter 3-4 days i got severe breathing difficulty, wheezing and a cough producing green phlegm, so doctor prescribed me levofloxacin and softin( 2 times a day) for 5 days,after which i got much now the problem is whenever i wake up from sleep, i feel difficulty in breathing,wheezing and feel like mucus in my lungs which is white and quite liquidy. But when i cough, it comes out of my mouth, i feel normal for whole day.I am also getting now does too often. help please

yes mam, i have to cough early morning to clear mucus from lungs,whistling sounds too in the early morning but it gets better when i cough, dont know about family but i had pollen problem 2 years ago but it got better on its own, couldnot sleep properly due to this by which i feel weak whole day
