Talk to General Physician on Exercise While Having Fever

person-avatar

Asking for Self, Female, 26 years old, Sharjah, UAE

Hello. I have been suffering from chronic low grade fever for more than a year. I want to do exercise as I have started gaining fat around my stomach. I also want to stay active. I used to do yoga but while having fever it seems very difficult. Kindly suggest me exercise for staying active and also for reducing my tummy.

My weight is 53kg and height is 5'3.

You BMI is 20 which ideal not obese, you don't need to loose weight but YES excesize is healthy life style every one should do. To maintain body shape you may need physical trainer & off course diet plan. Avoid high carbs & High fat but do take healthy fats.

As far as fever is concerned it's all together a different issue, it need proper evaluation and workup. You should chart your fever two to three time a day for 1-2 wks and seek physician consult.
