1)can we have better lighting
i cant appreciate if there is swelling arounf the wound
let us know if there is pain in the area around the wound on touching
2) there seems to be some dead tissue in the wound-- is there is pus present
3) is it deep or shallow... this is important as deep wounds require regular packing
