I had fever yesterday, visited my physician he gave me some medicine. But i have extreme headache like my mind is going to explode, despite taking panadols and doctor medicine it is not getting any better. mjhay chakkar b shadeed a rhay or jism main jan b nhy feel ho rhi. sans mainnb thori tangi ho rhi a. should i visit emergency and get some tests done or wait it out. its been 20 hours almost in this condition.
Tab tonoflex-p, Cap risek 40mg and go for CBC.
