Hello Doctors I am 26 years old and I am suffering from extreme pain in body joints. Initially it was started in hip joint then in shoulders & back and now in wrist joints and ankle and my ankles are also cause swelling. I am not running even not too much walking. Now from few days I am suffering extreme redness and pain in my eyes. This pain is so extreme that I even could not open my eyes. I have consult doctors but they gave me antibiotics and pain killers. Now even pain killer is not working. kindly suggest a specialist
need workup for seronegative spondyloarthropathy. is there any current history of viral fever or any other illness ? do you feel burning micturation or some lesions around urethra ? for time being labtests to be done RA factor CRP CBC x-ray lumbosacral spine scray shoulder joint x-ray wrist joint. tab brufen 400mg morning evening after meals for 1 week cap Esso 20mg morning before breakfast once a day. tablet tramol 50mg OD at night for one week. tablet ossnate D once daily for one month.

kindly see a rheumatologist as early as possible or atleast a medical specialist simple amtibiotics wont resolve your issue
For the pain u can take physiotherapy sessions and don’t go for pain killers or steroids at all because u are having issue of rheumatoid Arthritis so it’s the best way that you should start from now .. the recovery chances are 100% .
