Talk to General Physician on Extreme Palate Pain

Salam, mjhy 2 din sy body pain, throat, palate pain hy bht zyada doctor suggested azomax 250 daily, cough syrup and Panadol, today was 2nd dose but my palate pain is v painful i can't breath cant sleep its hurting like hell any suggestions for pain relief ?

Also what should i keep in my diet whichs things i should avoid like rice, yogurt, deep fried items etc
