Talk to General Physician on Extreme Weakness, Palpitations And Dizziness

Hi, I've been facing these issues from past few months. I feel no energy in body and my head spins badly. Due to this situation, I experience shortness of breath as well that makes me anxious. No matter if I've just taken my meal, I still feel no strength in my body and again it causes severe headache. I just want to know what could be the possible reason of it? Is it about iron deficiency anemia(IDA) or something serious? Please, help me as I've just started taking lron supplements and cac 1000. I'm worried about my health.
