Hey Facing serious issue of shoulders and upper back pain may be due to continously working on laptop. While moving arms and shoulders i can feel some weird sounds which i predict is due to some kind of bone weekness. Doctor (General physician) suggested me calcium and vitamins for one month after that course I am again feeling the same issue. He was of the view that i might have serious calcium deficit. Furthermore, it's muscles related pain and when i workout due to sweating may be the pain gets more severe. Please suggest something for this issue. Thanks in advance
