I have a problem that I am very weak and my diet is very little. Even when I am hungry, I eat around 3/4 to 1 home roti. I have been very skinny from childhood but now when I have joined gym, I cannot lift weight while others of my age lift way more than me. Even my instructor says I am very weak. My height is 5 feet 9 inches and weight is 64 kg which is mostly fat. I eat very little but still I have a lot of fat on my face and tummy.
