Talk to General Physician on Faint In Early Morning

Yesterday morning at 7:30 am I woke up for office, i went to kitchen for water there suddenly i felt I couldn’t see anything slowly so i tried to hold something but I couldn’t and then I completely become unconscious and after 3 or 4 mins I again can see everything and found my family member around me they all were very worried and they thought what happened to me they found me i was laying on the floor with open eyes and my hands were shivering what could be the reason why this happened Can anyone help me still I didn’t consult any doctor im fine now should I go to any doctor
