Aoa my 6 months old baby fall from bed in morning.. Us k bad wo thk tha no head bump etc. Bus laitao to thora cranky hota but raat ko usko fever ho gya hy 100°. Panadol drps diyay hain is it worry situation k fever hoa? Otherwise he is ok
