6 days ago i fall on road and did not had tetanus injection but when i fall i was wearing trouser so i was covered and after fall there was no hole in trouser than i cleaned my wound with dettol what should i do now and what can happen

if you haven't had a tetanus injection in the last 5 years then go for it. have a tetanus shot
Get a dose of tetanus injection, if you have not received a booster dose in last 5 years. Nothing will happen as it was not a deep dirty wound
