Hi. From last few days i am experiencing a fast heartbeat especially when laying down on bed for sleep. My sleep is disturbed from it aswell. Recently took a test and have 320ige level and have slight breathing problem and 220 cholesterol level. I haven't started any medication though. Kindly advise.
Are you taking any medicine for your breathing problem
do an ECG. cholestrol level is high. avoid oily food and walk regularly
any asthamatic history. daibetes'htn or any other disease
