Talk to General Physician on Fasting Blood Sugar High - All Day Normal

My fasting blood sugar is some time as low as in 70z and some time as high as 140 (mostly 110, 100, 90), all other times of the day my blood sugar is around 100-80, (regardless of me eating choclates, sweets, or anything).. my hba1c was 5.8 I am unable to understand what's wrong with fasting levels??
