Talk to General Physician on Fatigue + Weight Loss

AOA, i am a uric acid patient. i was using Colchicine from 8th march till 24th march. i suddenly felt extreme stomach pain and diahrrea on 25th march. At first i thought it was food posioning so i took entampazole and flagerl. after two days i was ok but on third day i started feeling extreme fatigue and mild temperature. i have done all my test Corona,Hypetitus,Typhoid,LFT,CBCs,, everything is fine. Then i realized that Colchicine might have damaged the stomach and in the meanwhile i again on 15th april got a gout attack, so i went to my Rheumatologist for his advice. He started giving me Deltacortril + Ganaton + Razodex 30mg for two weeks, after i tried not to take because of side effects. My body weakness is not going away. i have started tapering off my steroid in take from two tablets in first week to 1 tablet in second week. Currently, i dont feel any pain in stomach or bloating. i do feel gas being discharged but not much of a discomfort. Plz advice
