my doctor gives me vitamin E cap and atrovastatin tablet, which I have to take daily.
I am walking 4 kilometers daily. and eating only vegetables, no rice , no meat.

doctor told me, only thing you have to do is to reduce weight.

my weight is 100kg , height 6 feet
