Mere sar mein peechey ki traf Dard hota hey or chakkar se aatey hn kabhi sar Halka Halka sa hota h Mene brain MRI karwaya hey is mein likha hey, interracial extra axial cystic abnormal signal intensity area is noted along right cerebellar hemisphere causing scalloping of the underlying brain parenchyma.it appears hypointense on t1 and flair images and hypertense on t2w images showing no diffusion restriction on DWI / ADC mapping. No signal dropout seen on VENBOLD images. No pathological post contrast enhancement is noted. Finding represent benign cystic lesion likely arachnoid cyst.
