person-avatar

Asking For Self, Male 24, Lahore

Hi, often when lying on my bed I get the feeling like I'm falling down. Also when walking sometimes I feel like my body is going left and rightwards and I have no control over it. Constant feeling of pressure and tightness around my head is also present. And also I feel dizzy while working. My life is very much disturbed due to this. Kindly suggest is this any kind of disease and what is the solution for it.

Thank you!

I had Brain MRI 7months back. Only sinusitis came in the report and everything else was normal. The psychiatrist recommended me to take Esglit which I did but it didn't help at all.

Need to be seen physically to give any opinion.
You can book an appointment via Marham

If the dizzy spells and feeling of imbalance has persisted you need an ENT checkup and a neuro checkup.
It is for them to decide whether you need any further investigations like MRI.
While waiting for the appointment you can try Stemet tab one tab thrice a day and tab Serc 8mg thrice a day for symptomatic relief.

I had ENT checkup. The doctor asked for an audiometry test and It was Ok. Also I had a neuro checkup and had brain MRI 7 months back. Only sinusitis came in the report and everything else was normal.
They referred me to psychiatrist and I took Esglit but it didn't help much.
