I am a software engineer. For the past two weeks, I have often felt dizzy when looking at a screen. My vision often appears to shake or bounce, making it difficult to read and concentrate.

yes, both eyes are -0.25 and 6/6.
They said it is due to prolonged screen use causing tiredness in the eyes.
