Talk to General Physician on Feeling Too Much Cold My Right Thigh During Sitting In AC

Salam every one i am suffering in a problem since three years it happening mostly in Ramadan i cant sit beneath the air conditioner because my right side of the leg specially thigh that become too much cold i feel irritation just like an Ice scoop is placed over it, during sitting in the AC, thats the reason i mostly keep switch off my office or car Ac, i got appointment several times from a neurologist and psychiatric but result is still zero, plz for GOD sake some one seriously help me out how i can diagnose this problem, where should i go for its treatment despite that all efforts???? plz sir kindly suggest some one jazakallah
