For pain, you can take Tab. Synflex 250 mg whenever there's pain. If it's not controlled, take its higher dose like Tab. Synflex 500 mg. But this is only to control pain and doesn't cure the disease. Get your serum Uric acid levels checked, because your most probable diagnosis is Gout.
