this is a viral infection, most probably it will go away on its own after a few days. Please give her medicine to bring her fever down, keep giving her lots of warm fluids such as soup and warm milk to let the secretions come out. For nasal congestion, you can use stream , nasal saline drops and/ or humidifier. Pleas rub vicks vapor rub on her chest before she goes to sleep and keep the pillows high as that will drain secretions and prevent coughing.
