can u plz add more to your history
fever for how many days?, is it continuos or on /off?, do you have it with chills?, Is there any cough, sore throat, burning urine, flu, diarrhea etc.
Do you have any past illness?
Have you been to any doctor in this illness?
Did you take any medications?

You will need an antipyretic along with an antibiotic. The antibiotic can only be given after confirming the source of fever which can only be done after further history
