Tab. Leflox 500mg 2 times a day,Tab. Panadol 3 times a day,Tab. Gravinate 2 times a day & Tab Domel 1/2hr before every meal for 3 days,inshallah she will be fine & give her soft diet.
is fever high grade? for how many days is it there? any history of bodyaches or pain behind the eyes?

Better to get a cbc done as such symptoms can occur with dengue as well
For nausea and vomiting you can take
tab gravinate and for fever continue taking tab panadol 6 hourly

Now a Days Dengue is Spreading Very Commonly.
