ok isolate yourself tablet Panadol 2+2+2 syrup coferb 2tsf thrice daily and check your oxygen saturation. test to be done are CBC CRP serum ferritin D dimer x-ray chest along with Covid PCR. after blood test and x-ray will guide you antibiotic. till than symptomatic management only. tab surbex Z daily after breakfast.
