I'm having fever since yesterday, also a little headache, body pain and loose motions. What should I do? Are these symptoms related to covid or I can take any medicine like Panadol? plus I'm also feeling weakness as well.
take panadol vit C and do CBC ESR

Have you had any history of contact with a covid patient or have you been visiting outdoors a lot in the last week?If the answer is yes, Covid remains a strong possibility .For that you need an RTPCR test and keep yourselves isolated to protect others.
If you have stayed indoors and had had no contact with Covid take Paracetamol tab 2 tab thrice a day, ORS fluids 12 glasses per day,and keep a record of fever.Better to isolate yourselves.Viral fevers often settle in 3 to 5 days.If it does not settle go for blood tests.
U shd recall if u had been out of home or had met those who had covid . then covid can be possible.
for now take Panadol for fever, ORS to replenish the fluid and salt loss and keep a chk on urself about any more symptoms developing and avoid going out. if symptoms increase then get the Covid test done to rule out.
