Asking For Someone else, Sister, Female, 13 Years old, Abbottabad
My sister is 13 years old and she is experiencing fever and inconsistent abdominal pain from a couple of days. Her test reports for typhoid and malaria are normal ill be attaching her reports along as well. Her body temperature is often inconsistent and she feels dizzy and sleepy most of time perhaps because of weakness. Currently shes taking Cefspan DS and an antimalarial medicine. The doctors give her a IV fluid drip as well. Please consider and give your suggestion.

The common reasons of fever have been tackled, i think.
I believe that your sister might have tuberculosis, connective tissue disorders or so other cause of PUO, and it might require detailed examination and few labs before we embark any other treatment.
So it will be wise that you get a opinion of some consultant face to face.
