My child was vomiting dr gave her iv of onset and risek vomiting stopped and gave her Enterogermmia enflor onset and zinc od is it and she's having headache and is lethargic with light feverish symptom they are saying it's viral is it normal having fever after all this and no need of antibiotic and will recover by this ??
yes viral infection give him plenty of liquid water ors it helps for fever give him calpol or febrol

Well the symptoms are suggestive of dehydration or electrolyte imbalance which might have occurred due to excessive vomiting. This leads to headache and lethargy and dehydration triggers more vomiting too
