Ap ne kaha k ap ki CBC, ESR aur CRP normal hn? Agr aysa hai toh fikr ki koi bat nhi hai, ap fever ko control krne k liye Panadol le liya kren, kbhi kbhi hormonal fluctuations aur tiredness ki wja se bhi fever ho skta hai
