Fever And A Mild Pain In Throat.

Question

I have a fever around 101 F from yesterday and a mild pain in throat. I have been taking 2 tablets of panadol extra and 1 tablet of Erythrocin. Issue yeh hai ke jab I take medicines tou fever normal hojata hai but jaise medicine ko liyae hue 4-5 hours hojatay wapis temperature increase hony lagta hi but doesn't go beyond 101 F.
