she has most probably a viral infection. pleass give her medicine to relieve her fever, keep her hydrated with warm fluids like warm milk and soup. for nose congestion, use nasal saline drops, steam and humdifier. also let her sleep with the head elevated. if her breathing is okay continue with this until she gets better in a few days in sha Allah.
