Talk to General Physician on Fever And Pain

My father and mother were prescribed Duragesic (Orphinadrine citrate + paracetamol) Flexin (Naproxen) For acute fever, extreme fatigue, muscle pain and stiffness, drowsiness Now 3 days course have been completed, his symptoms are now moderate No fever Should i extend the medicine course for further 3 days And what should be the new dose? 1 tabelet per 12 hours both? Or i should reduce the dose?

Also should i restrict any medicines which they are taking for chronic diseases as they are taking Duragesic and flexin? My father is taking glucophage, zestril, loprin My mother is taking sofvasc, ascard

From last 3 days i have stopped giving the loprin and ascard respectively to avoid any bleeding as i read on internet. Please guide me.
