Talk to General Physician on Fever And Throat

I had a fever with chills from 2 days with no such signs of infection , i have only taken panadol or ibuprofen to control fever. but today i feel some bad upper throat without cough and the fever persist. Thus i need you to suggest a good antibiotic with dosage for it. i have not been using antibiotics to much in my life so small doses works for me. Thanks.
