my mother has fever from 2 days which is around 100 she has body aches and drowsiness apart from that she has sore throat also kindly tell which medicine to take she is just having panadol

tab azithromycin 500mg daily for 10 days plus panadol  2 tabs three times a day and if not improving go for corona test

Take tab augmentin 500mg x bd
For 5 days only
Keep warm water gargles x 3 time
For fever only panadol thanks
