Talk to General Physician on Fever, Body Weakness,

My sister had a sudden fever 104 and she has food allergy too so when she got fever she vomitted and allergy got worsen. Anyhow now fever has gone but she is weak and cant talk eat properly. Cant tolerate food smell. Extremley weak cant walk. We get her cbc done and her platelets count is less please i am attaching a report can someone tell urgently what happened? Her covid test is negative.
