Talk to General Physician on Fever Cough And Headache

my situation is very bad i have a high fever and flu and headache but it is very different it's like someone had beated my head with stick or bat and this pains continues to the side of the neck and back of the pain it is so hard to sleep and its been like 4 days the pain is from middle of the head till back of the head. can you please tell me what should i do?
