Talk to General Physician on Fever For About A Month

Assalamualaikum my 2 year old baby Has been having on and off fever for about a month now She has been given first amoxicillin for five days no change in fever Then cefspan for five days no change in fever Dr Khalid then prescribed malarial antibiotic for 7 days, fever disappeared on the last 2 days of the treatment Fever reappeared again after the treatment was completed (fever was happening 4times a day 101) I took her back to Dr Khalid. he sent us back for blood culture and said that she might have had another viral infection Now the initial report says no infection we are still waiting for the final report Fever comes after 12 hours and the fever reaches 100-101 No other symptom, she is active and eating fine, a little constipated but not lethargic whatsoever What could be the reason of this I'm completely exhausted and out of my senses why the fever is happening and not leaving my child her cbc shows she is iron deficient haemaglobin is 7.9 please help me out
