Talk to General Physician on Fever,headache, Whopping Couph,high Bp, Fatigue

A male patiant of 38 years non smoker having fever since 4 days , whoophing cough 3 days, high bo and fatigue since 2 days visited before 4 days to a doctor and was diagnosed allargic Asthma and was prescribed which is in below picture xalated inhalor3 times 2 puffs, tab floaid,tab plazo, tab febrol, syrup ventol, and also azythromycin so he feels throught infection but still he had all the above symptoms so doctors plz suggesst the medicine and diagnose the case plz
