My daughter has fever for last 2 days not eating anything n very weak Loose motion vomiting Little cough Fever not settling with calpol She got drip from hospital but when back at home fever was high vomit n passed motion I m soo worried as she ia not eating literally anything n fever se tap rhi bs Please advise
