Aslam o alikum! My baby is 19 days old.I check her temperature off and usually 99 it considered normal or is it high temperature? She is been sneezing and coughing as is restless since has slept for like 7 to 8 hrs in last 24 hours. What should i do? Should i give my baby panadol?

No antibiotic Pandol drops 3drop three times Actidil Syp 2-3 drops
drop Pedrol 5 drops after every 6 hours
drop Amoxil 125mg 5 drops 1+1
