Talk to General Physician on Fever Pain In Back

My parents and brother are covid positive since 6th april, my test came negative and i didnt had any symptoms, days ago i took bath with cold water at night and slept in ac, next morning i felt chills fever and pain in back and eyes, since then my temperature is 98/99/100, my crp is 2.1, and d-dimer is 0.85, My blood oxygen is 98/99, my new covid report ia due tomorrow, i want to know what is wrong with me i feel pain in my kidneys
